Access & Login

Q: How do I log in to the hub?
A: Click the “Sign in” button at the top of the page. Then, enter your email and password to access your dashboard.
Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
A: Click the “Sign in” button, then select “Forgot password?” on the login screen. Follow the steps to reset your password. An email will be sent to the address you provide with instructions to create a new password.
Q: Do I need to create an account in the hub to participate in a program?
A: Yes, you need to create an account to register for a program. Click “Register” on the program you’re interested in and follow the sign-up instructions. After joining a program, you’ll use the same email address to access your program resources.
Q: Can I use the hub on my phone or tablet?
A: Yes! The hub is mobile-friendly and can be accessed from most smartphones and tablets using your browser.

Programs & Enrollment

Q: How do I enroll in a program?
A: Visit the Program Catalog page, choose the program you’re interested in, and click “Register Now!” Follow the steps to complete your enrollment. If registration hasn’t opened yet, be sure to enter your email in the form so you’ll be notified when it launches.
Q: Do the programs cost anything?
A: Some of our programs are free, while others may have a fee. Please check the details on the specific program page.
Q: Where can I see the programs I'm enrolled in?
A: After logging in, go to your dashboard. All your active programs will be listed there. 
Q: I have a specific question about a program. Where can I find the answer?
A: For details about a specific program—including schedule, requirements, and what's included—click on the program you're interested in below. Each page has answers to the most common questions:

Q: How long does it take to hear back after I contact support?
A: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days. During busy times, it may take a little longer, but we appreciate your patience and will get back to you as soon as we can.
